Superbowl Sliders

When the Great American Superbowl holiday comes along, whether you are football fans or not, what to eat is on everybody's mind.

We made "Big City Sliders," with our "TV-exclusive" slider press (except we got ours at the grocery store). A pound of ground beef, some worchestershire sauce, some A1, a few chopped onions and a bit of seasoning. Scoop into meatball-sized balls.
Press down so they cook on both sides. Cooking time is only about two minutes.
Mmmmm-good! Serve on Hawaiian dinner rolls with the usual hamburger fixin's.

  1. I came within an inch of ordering one of these when I saw it on TV but was not convinced the top part of the meat would cook since the top presser thingie is not heated? But I guess it works! Looks like fun and the kids would enjoy the little hamburgers on rolls!
