At the Domain

Ironically, the Domain was literally in my backyard when I worked in Austin -- season after season, we watched the old IBM warehouses come down, the vacant lot levelled, the dust and dirt everywhere. Now, three years after leaving Austin, we finally visited Austin's fancy outdoor upscale shopping area, driving a couple of hours from Waco.
The sculptures are whimsical and creative.
It was raining apps in the Apple store.
And the birds descended like doves from heaven in Neiman Marcus.

But all we bought was a couple of Starbucks and some pizza for lunch.
