Today is Rachel's Gotcha Day and she requested we celebrate at a Chinese restaurant "where you can get your own food." So, we tried one of the local restaurants, and Paul and I ordered hot tea with our meal. Paul pointed out the tea bags said, "
Fujian," which is the province Rachel is from. Coincidence? I think not!
I love her fortune -- Rachel has brought sunshine and
exuberance into our lives. It hasn't always been easy but she's as unique as they come, a bull in a (what else?) China shop. She went from a fearful little girl to one who's pretty much not afraid of anything. Happy Adoption Day, Xiu Tian!
