Cream Puffs

Our church's annual meeting and potluck was today -- beef tenderloin was served and we all brought pot luck sides and desserts. I brought cream puffs.

  1. JoAnn, these cream puffs look really yummy. We call them "Profiteroles", it's French but we say it the same in Dutch.
    Pfff, I wanted to start again this year but I'm already 2 weeks behind. I'm still not sure what to do...

  2. Oh YUMM!!! I love them - but only make them once a year for National Bun Day here in Iceland LOL We cut them in half and fill them with jam and whipped cream. Total sweetness :)
