I was so surprised when my friend who lives just above New Orleans said they were in the 20s! Today was the first day it warmed up to 40 in a while and wouldn't you know the one day there was precipitation, which was a mess of soggy snowflakes/rain, which has now frozen solid on our porch. The girls were disappointed! Now tomorrow it will not get above 28 but the precip has gone, of course. It's just determined not to snow here!
It's not as bad as some parts of the country, but this is very cold for us!
