Memorial Day at the Waco VA Hospital

Flags at half-staff in front of the Waco VA Hospital.

I went to the VA Hospital campus today to take a photo of the flags in front of the main building, but there was no wind. The hospital campus has many large red brick buildings similar to this one, almost like a college campus, but few people or even cars around. This is a facility to treat veterans with mental impairment, including PTSD and geriatric dementia.
