Mardi Gras aka Shrove Tuesday
We burned last year's palm fronds and crosses to make ashes for Ash Wednesday. We always have pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, also known as Mardi Gras. The parish hall was beautifully decorated and the Waco High Jazz band played.
