Paul has a huge collection of music in iTunes, some from his CD collection, and some that he downloaded in iTunes. But he's had some computer problems, so he bought an external hard drive, loaded everything on it, and deleted everything from his C drive. Some of the music disappeared or was corrupted, so he's re-uploading everything.
Rachel is reading with her specially magnified reading lamp. The textbook has black text on top of background images, so it's harder for her to read it.
