A walk in the park

We took advantage of the girls' absence to walk in Cameron Park before it got too hot. This is the view from one of the cliffs above the Brazos River.
It's a long way down!
We walked along the river, trying to keep under the shade of the pecan trees.
The spray fountain in the park was being used by one of the runners -- very smart, as it was already nearing 90.
