I confess this photo was taken yesterday, but I wanted to post Stephanie's Gotcha Day photo, and this was fun, too, so I saved it for today.Yesterday, I walked into my office, and there was a giant flower balloon attached to my door. I wondered if ALL of the offices got a balloon, and strangely enough, my next-door-office neighbor had a cactus balloon tied to his door. My office was festooned with red and yellow crepe paper, a sombrero, a sombrero-and-chili-peppers garland, and confetti all over my desk. And in my chair was this handsome caballero. Donnie's office next door was similarly decorated but with a cowboy theme.
Our birthdays are in the week between Christmas and New Year's and we got overlooked, so the girls in the office decided that April Fool's Day would be a good day to put that to rights.
If you're wondering about the tequila, it was in the refrigerator, and they put it to good use about 4 p.m. for some margaritas, cake and ice cream.
How sweet of them to remember your birthdays, even 3 months late!

ReplyDeleteHappy Belated Birthday! How fun they did this.. and how fun to have margaritas! I haven't had one in years but used to love them (can't have them with my medicine.. the closest I get are margarita jelly bellies!)
